Success! I cooked chicken thigh/legs in the oven. How proud am I? Quite so. How did I do it? Well, I set the oven to 350 degrees, and let it heat up. I rubbed butter over the chicken, and then melted butter and mixed some Madras Curry spice mix into the butter. I poured that mix over the chicken. Then into the oven it went, and cooked for 45 minutes, turning over occasionally. The result was delicious. I was a bit nervous at times, in terms of if it was cooked a the way through, but in the end a little over 45 minutes was enough. The chicken was so perfect and juicy, with a nice crispy spicy skin. I'm leveling up in the culinary arts.
