My first attempt at machine embroidery. I have no idea whether it's a fail or a success. I embroidered 'Ya'aburnee' (Arabic word for 'you bury me', or I cannot live without you) and 'I wanna be in the cavalry' (because why wouldn't I?).
I'm going to go to bed and relax. Tomorrow is a day full of weaving. And nothing else. Because I need to start (and finish) this weaving so that I can complete my project before Monday. I am silently cursing the weaving department for not having enough tie-up chains for two identical looms. I will be going makeshift jerry-rig style and getting it done that way. Not looking forward to it.
