This is the weaving project I'm working on for school. I'm posting about it here because it is not what I wanted to make for my weaving project, but it's going to work quite nicely as an addition to my personal steampunk and Autem attire. The corset is not the best I've ever made, and I had to fix a few things, but it's okay. I have to make the bustle for this (all white fabric, which will be asymmetrical and tie onto the d-rings on the corset), but overall... It's okay.
I guess.
But I'm still furious about the weaving.
I just want to make trade blankets and dreamily gaze into history, romanticizing a life as a mountain woman in 1860s Montana. Or something to that effect.
