I'm getting close to finishing my Dorothy costume. It's based off a pattern, but it's becoming an alternation and spin on the pattern I chose, because as I get close to finishing it, I'm deciding that some choices would be better than others (including referencing the movie more). It's going to be more of a vest covering, double breasted, with some bustling and stuff going on. And so many skirts underneath. Then, topped off with my glittery ruby slippers, of course! I was starting to worry that I wouldn't get this finished, but it's looking good!
